Employees will receive email regarding unsubstantiated claims in their account.
Annually, employees who had elected the Flexible Spending Accounts through Connect Your Care, (CYC), receive an email informing them that they have unsubstantiated claims in their account, (meaning that the member has yet to upload receipts or substantiate the claim is a medical claim covered under the FSA program).
As in years' past, UWL HR had communicated this information; beginning in December of 2020, this information will be communicated via CYC directly to the member. Read more here.
