Universities of WI Human Resources presents Principles of Supervision and Management training

**Participant fee of $175 paid by the department**
The Universities of Wisconsin Human Resources presents Principlies of Supervision and Management for managers and supervisors who are new in their supervisory role or who are looking to expand their supervisory skills.
This indepth training will occur on Mondays from February 3 through April 28, 2025 and will provide opportunities to enhance your leadership skills to be more effective in your role, learn about resources and policies on campus that are here to support you and your employees, learn strategies to create an environment where the employees you supervise are excited to come to work every day, practice navigating scenarios, and to build a network of manager and supervisor colleagues across the Universities of Wisconsin system.
