This is a courtesy reminder that your 3/24/2022 pay advice is now available on the MyUW Portal. Read this news story for important announcements and other information.
Important Announcements
- 2021 FSA/DCA Claims - If you pay for your expenses out-of-pocket instead of using your payment card, you will have until March 31, 2022, to submit claims for 2021 expenses. Learn more.
- Summer Pre-Payment for Insurance benefits for all eligible 9-month employees will begin on 3/24/2022 payroll.
- ICI Premiums: Due to the annual premium change, there will be NO prepays for ICI on the March payrolls (3/24 & 4/07).
- April ICI Premiums (4/21 & 5/05) will make up for the missed premiums with a double prepay deduction.
- For current employees, who have access to the MyUW Portal, W-2 and 1095-C statements are now available for your tax filing purposes. Understanding your W-2.
- For some employment groups, April 1, 2022, will begin the Outside Activity Reporting requirement. Learn more.
- The Annual Reappointment process for some employment groups begins on March 7. Reappointment notices will be sent by May 6, 2022.
