Important Announcements & Reminders
- Summer Prepay Deductions: Summer Prepays for Insurance Premiums are deducted from Spring paychecks to cover the cost of continuing insurance & benefits through the summer months when 9, 10 & 11 month employees may not be on contract. These deductions are in ADDITION to the regular bi-weekly payroll deductions. More information can be found here.
- 2023 WRS Annual Statement of Benefits: Your statement includes 2023 earnings and service, retirement benefit projections (if vested), separation benefit, death benefit, and employee and employer contributions. More information can be found here.
- No Leave Taken Reports: Faculty, Academic Staff, and Limited Appointees are required to submit "No Leave Taken" reports for months in which no leave was taken. Failure to provide this notice may result in a reduction in your sick leave. Read More
