During the Annual Benefits Enrollment Period (September 30 through October 25), HR is once again excited to offer an in-person Benefits & Wellness Fair! We cordially invite faculty & staff to join us on October 2th, 2024, from 9-3pm (2130 Student Union)
Have benefit questions? We will have many vendors on site for you to chat with and ask questions. Need a flu vaccine? We’ve got those too! Well Wisconsin will be on-site to administer flu vaccines to faculty/staff (and their partners) enrolled in State Group Health. Participants can log on to the portal and click "Register Today" on the Flu Vaccination card.

For those employees who may not be able to attend our in-person event, UW System Service Operations - HR/Benefits will host a series of online events for employees to provide information for the 2025 plan year.
To attend a presentation, join by one of the following options:
- Add an invite to your calendar (add a new appointment to your calendar, enter the benefits orientation details, and copy and paste the link provided to the notes) or
- Come back to this web page the day of the ABE presentation and in the table below click on the Online Meeting Link to join the online meeting.
