Statements of Student Learning Outcomes
A page within Institutional Research, Assessment and Planning (IRAP)
UW-La Crosse organizes its assessment process around the statements of student learning outcomes that are constructed by each academic program and the general education committee for the general education program. The current lists, organized by College, School, and Unit are presented on this page.
The nature of student learning outcomes reflect the essential knowledge, skills, and attitudes that students are expected to achieve as a result of completing an academic program. The assessment process begins with the learning outcomes and leads to the assessment plan that describes how data will be used to help us know if students have achieved the outcomes.
