Brice Prairie Phase, Perrot Punctate, v. Inner Lip
Type: Perrot Punctate, Variety Inner Lip
Shoulder Description: punctate-border shoulder motif found above and/or below either nested chevrons or panels of horizontal or oblique tool trails that are always separated by panels of vertical tool trails. Occasionally concentric circles (“targets”) or crosses are associated with these motifs (Boszhardt 1994: 194).
Lip Decoration: Continusous tool notching always located on interior lip. Notches may be oriented either perpendicular or obllque to the left or right (228).
