Read more about Taking the stage David Anderson photographing for 3D a colossal statute of Ramses II at the Ramesseum, the mortuary temple of Ramses II on the West Bank in Luxor, Egypt.  Using a process called photogrammetry, Anderson takes many photos of artifacts from multiple angles during his travels to museums and archaeological sites around the world.
