Rotary Lights celebrates 20 years Posted 10:32 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 26, 2014 For 20 years UW-L alumni and students have helped light up La Crosse for the holiday season. This year 28 UW-L groups are volunteering at Rotary Lights, an annual light display at Riverside Park founded by area Rotary clubs. They join 3,000 total volunteers from 110 organizations.
