 UW-L's Upward Bound Program to receive more than $2.1 million Posted 7:06 p.m. Wednesday, May 9, 2012 Thanks to a $2.1 million grant from the U.S. Department of Education, 95 students a year for the next five years, will receive support from the Upward Bound Program at UW-La Crosse. The program received a grant for $420,258, which will fund the program for 2012-13. Funding for the next five years is anticipated to reach $2.1 million.
