CBA speaker shares his journey from 'prominence to prison'

International Speaker Patrick Kuhse will share his journey from successful financial planner to international fugitive, incarceration in two countries and back again.

He will present “Prominence to Prison: Why Smart People Do Dumb Things” at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 12, in Strzelczyk Great Hall, Cleary Alumni & Friends Center, UW-La Crosse. Admission is free. Kuhse will discuss the processes and consequences of unethical behavior and how “seemingly unimportant decisions” can cause so much trouble in people’s lives. His personal experiences, observations and reflections will entertain and provoke people to think more deeply about their own behaviors. Kuhse’s presentation is sponsored by the UW-L College of Business Administration Board of Advisers and UW-L CBA Student Advisory Council.
