With ever-tightening state budgets, the generosity of donors is increasingly imperative to maintaining the excellence UW-L has traditionally provided, says Gow. Donors toured the facility, including third floor press boxes, typically not open to the public.   The Centennial Campaign, the university's most ambitious fundraising initiative to date, provided funds for the Hall of Honor and the Roger Harring Stadium at Veterans Memorial Field Sports Complex, as well as the new academic building and more. A dedication for the new academic building, Centennial Hall, is set for Wednesday, Aug. 31, in conjunction with the Chancellor's All-University Address. See more photos of the donor reception.
