Gov. Scott Walker laid out his proposal for funding the UW System in the next state budget.

One day before Governor Scott Walker's state budget address, the governor announced his proposal to freeze, then decrease tuition at all UW System schools. The proposal also calls for the state to provide $35 million to cover the decreased tuition, along with an additional $100 million, with the largest portion of that to be tied to performance funding. https://youtu.be/g2NhqNMnOlI Gov.
