The deadline to register to be a pompon in the 2015 Oktoberfest Maple Leaf Parade is Aug. 31. All former members of the UWL Marching Band are welcome to play with the group.

Registration to be a pompon in the 2015 Oktoberfest Maple Leaf Parade, Saturday Oct. 3, is $10 per person and non-refundable. The deadline to register online is Aug. 31. If you didn't get your uniform red tank top yet, contact Heidi Ludkey at hludkey@yahoo.com immediately.Schedule
- Pompon Reunion and Oktoberfest Parade rehearsal will be from 5-8:30 p.m., Friday, Oct. 2, in Mitchell Hall, and then later in the Cleary Alumni & Friends Center to practice with Alumni Band.
- 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 3: Assemble with Alumni Band before parade step-off, group photo.
Alumni Band - Oktoberfest Parade Practice
All former members of the UWL Marching Band are welcome to play in the group whether you spent one semester or many more at UWL. Questions about joining the group can be directed to info@marchingchiefs.org. UWL Marching Band rehearsal will be Friday evening, Oct. 2, at the Cleary Friends & Alumni Center. People playing in the Saturday Oktoberfest Parade should plan to be at the Friday night rehearsal if possible. Those who need brass instruments for the parade should notify Kris Cvikota at info@marchingchiefs.org. Those who need percussion equipment can contact Jeff Hankey at jeffrey.hankey@gmail.com. Instruments are available first come, first serve. The Alumni Band has some brass and percussion instruments for loan, but no woodwinds.Schedule

- 7:45 p.m. – Rehearsal
