Why did I join?
“I think it is important to support educational institutions, especially those who are supporting social change initiatives. Also, I was a fortunate recipient of a few scholarships through the Alumni Association when I was a student, so I am hoping to learn ways I can pay it forward. I had the support of the university and the community when I lived in La Crosse and attended UWL, and I am hoping my support can allow that to be true for current and future students.”
