International admissions counselors eager to take UWL’s story around the world.

Diane Jette and Kristin Lettner are packing their bags full of UWL pride as they prepare to spread UWL’s message abroad. The two new international admission counselors are taking UWL’s story to countries like China, Jordan, South Korea and Brazil. The duo is hoping to get some help from the campus community on who and where to start building connections with. They’re hoping to learn about some already existing connections students, faculty, staff and friends have overseas as a launching point to introducing UW-La Crosse to more potential students. “Just last week I was reminded that I have a friend in Ecuador where Diane’s going and I thought ‘Diane, you should meet with her,’” says Lettner. Diane and Kristin are heading to Vietnam, Thailand, South Korea, Jordan, Bahrain, United Arab Emirates (UAE), Egypt, Turkey, China, Brazil, Uruguay, Argentina, Panama, Ecuador and Colombia. Have advice on who they should meet? Send Diane or Kristin an email.
