Reed Grimm is going to Hollywood! Grimm, who studied music and philosophy at UW-L, wowed the judges during an audition on the 11th season of "American Idol" Thursday night on FOX TV. Grimm auditioned with the theme song from “Family Matters” and received the “Golden Ticket” signaling he will be moving on in the competition. Grimm has been performing since he was two years old and co-founded the band Shoeless Revolution while in school at UW-L. His Facebook page explains that he “continues to pursue any and all musical adventures that come his way.” Grimm declined an interview Thursday, pending approval from FOX.
