Facilities Planning and Management Executive Director Doug Pearson sums up the three major projects on campus right now, and how having a master plan made the process smoother.

Fences remain in a variety of places across campus as construction crews wrap up summer projects. Some won't be coming down once students return, including those surrounding the three major building projects in progress. Those are the new student center, new west chiller plant, and the addition to the parking ramp. "You're seeing a result of long-term planning and following our master plan," says Doug Pearson, executive director of UWL Facilities Planning and Management.
