Brief biography
Dr. Gicheol Kim is from Seoul, Korea and lives in Onalaska with his wife and three kids. He started his career as a high school PE teacher and transferred it to be a teacher educator. He graduated from Georgia State University with a Ph.D. in kinesiology and started working at UWL in 2023. His research is focused on the practice of physical education teacher education and relevant topics such as the instructional technology, the political landscape, and international trends of PETE.
