Brief biography
I'm originally from St. Louis, MO and graduated from St. Olaf College with a B.A. in Exercise Science. I am a proud alumni of UWL, graduating with a M.S. in Clinical Exercise Physiology. I worked in cardiopulmonary rehab for 5 years as a clinical exercise physiologist and started teaching at UWL in Fall 2023.
I'm a Certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist with ACSM (ACSM-CEP) and a Certified Health Coach (CHC) with National Society of Health Coaches.
