Act as the primary advisor for the AERIE LLC, a cohort consisting of 20 first-year students and 4 Peer Mentors.
Brief biography
Noona Xiong (she/her/hers) is a retention specialist for the Office of Multicultural Student Services. She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh in Human Services and Leadership, with a minor in Asian Studies. She recently received her masters through the Student Affairs Administration program at the University of Wisconsin La Crosse. As an emerging Student Affairs Practitioner, Noona is passionate about diversity and equity efforts. She utilizes her own experiences and believes in the power of story telling as a way to educate the community. As a retention specialist she continues to advocate for sense of belonging for marginalized student populations and fostering space for diverse learning.
