Noona Xiong (she/her/hers) is the youngest daughter born to Hmong refugees. She is a first generation college student and completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh in Human Services and Leadership, with a minor in Asian Studies. Before returning back to school she did volunteer work with HMoob non-profits like Cia Siab, Inc. and grassroot projects such as the  Traveling Exhibit: Cia Siab in Wisconsin. She returned to her studies through the Student Affairs Administration program at the University of Wisconsin La Crosse and recently graduated in May of 2024.
