Brief biography
Phyllis retired from business in December 2019, after more than 30 years of experience in Talent and Operational activities. During the past 11 years she was a Global Mobility leader for a large private partnership, managing a large remote team of 65 professionals (US and India based). Phyllis oversaw the US Global Mobility strategies, mission, programs & processes, drove service excellence and continuous improvement across global mobility, and acted as an Executive Sponsor of Global Mobility-wide initiatives. Phyllis and her team deployed over 10,000 senior leaders and professionals annually to over 25 different countries.
Phyllis is a Wisconsin native; currently residing in Las Vegas, NV.

Phyllis has a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology from University of Wisconsin - La Crosse, a Masters of Arts in Industrial Psychology from Roosevelt University, Chicago IL and she is a certified through: Project Management Institute (PMI) as a Project Management Professional (PMP); WorldatWork as a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP); and the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) as a Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR).
