Brief biography

Rachel Funk-Johnson is currently a lecturer for the University of Wisconsin MBA Consortium and working in Construction Project Management. Previously, Rachel was a Assistant Teaching Professor in the Management Department at UW-La Crosse from 2023 - 2025 teaching organizational behavior, entrepreneurship, and international management courses. As a first-generation student, Rachel understands the value, impact, and support that influential instructors can provide students.
