RELOCATION
Attention: The Office of Records & Registration has temporarily relocated to 1174 Centennial Hall due to the Graff Main Hall HVAC project. We expect to return to Graff Main Hall during the winter.
Mission
The team in the Records and Registration Office is driven to provide support for student success and to enhance the academic and administrative activities of the University. We ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of the academic records of the University. Our expertise in student records, curriculum, and University academic policies and procedures helps to provide quality services to students, faculty, staff, alumni, and the community.
Services
Our office is dedicated to providing excellent customer service. Our services include:
- Maintaining student records
- Course catalogs and curriculum management
- Reporting enrollment
- Providing advisement reports
- Supporting and monitoring grade entry processes
- Recording credit for prior learning for current students
- Applying academic standing
- Recording degrees earned
- Developing course schedules
- Administering classroom reservations
- Confirming academic eligibility for student athletes
- Providing benefit services to our student veterans and their family members
Family Educational Rights & Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA) provides that, with certain explicit exceptions, students have the right to determine who will see their educational records (confidentiality) and students have the right to see their education records (accessibility).
