Registration steps

Make sure you know how to register!
Registration for Winter 2025 begins November 7th and November 11th for Spring of 2025.
STEP 1
Find Your Registration Enrollment Time
Find your enrollment date and time in your WINGS Student Center. Log into WINGS and locate the "Enrollment Dates" section on the right side of the page. To switch terms click "Details.” Mark your calendar with this important date and time.
STEP 2
Review Your Holds
Check the “HOLDS” section in your WINGS Student Center to see if you have any holds. If so, select "Details" under the "Holds" section to find more information about the hold. How you take care of the hold depends on the campus office that initiated it. For example, if you have a financial hold from the Cashier's office (121 Graff Main Hall), you will need to contact them; if you have an advising hold, you will need to meet with your academic advisor; etc.
Financial holds take about 15-20 minutes to come off after the bill has been paid. Contact the Cashier's Office if the hold doesn't come off after 20 minutes.
STEP 3
Find Your Advisor
Find your assigned advisor's name on your WINGS Student Center page under "Program Advisor" (right-hand side). If you have not already been contacted by your advisor, email them requesting a time to meet to discuss class selection.
STEP 4
Plan Your Course Schedule
Plan several possible schedules within Schedule Planner. View the step-by-step details on how to use Schedule Planner to do this planning. Be sure that you have several alternate course schedules ready, as courses may fill and your first choice may not be a viable option when you register.
