Strength Redefined
A Special Fitness Center Program
Every other Thursday night from 4:30-6:00pm the Fitness Center closes to regular users to provide a welcoming atmosphere where newcomers or those apprehensive about the gym can pursue their fitness journey as they please.
At each offering friendly staff will be present to provide optional instruction and workouts for the barbell bench press, back squat, and deadlift in addition to equipment orientations. Everyone who supports this experience for others regardless of experience level is invited. Register Here.
Fitness Fundamentals
Enjoy a free 30-minute orientation with a certified personal trainer to learn the basics of safe and effective resistance training. Bring a Friend!
