TYPES OF PERSONAL TRAINING AVAILABLE
1 on 1 Training
This format provides the most individualized attention and customization one can get. We will match you with a trainer who possesses the experience to help you reach your goals and is available to train when you need them. Through assessments, your program will be custom designed and implemented using sound training principles. You're in this together, our trainers will not only help motivate you but will also share their knowledge teach you skills that will build technical efficiency and confidence.
1 on 2 Training
This format allows for workout partners to work side by side with a trainer. Partner training has all the benefits of 1 on 1 but your individual needs will be addressed through a combined training program. This format is a fun and motivating way to reach your goals. Each partner will pay for this service separately using the 1 on 1 package pricing.
Custom 6 Week Program
This format provides you with a custom program built specific to your needs. After completing an initial online form regarding your interest and experience a trainer will build your program and then setup a 60 min walkthrough to go through the program and answer any questions you may have. This option is high value, flexible and great for all experience levels as our trainers can design introductory to advanced programs.

Fitness Fundamentals
This format is designed to provide basic understanding of exercise technique, and boost overall confidence. Within the inquiry individuals can select either the Fitness Center or 2nd floor equipment for this 30 minute service. In addition, the session can be further customized to focus on free weights, cable strength machines, or both. This free service is a great way to get started on the right path and meet our friendly and passionate REC staff. You can even bring a friend!
