Our second floor fitness space offers cardio equipment, strength equipment & a 200 meter track. The space is great for those new to fitness or those who prefer an environment that is less crowded with more opportunities for privacy. You'll find less heavy weights, however the equipment is the same great quality as in the Fitness Center.

Track
The second level of the REC offers a 200 meter track for running, walking and wheelchair use.
Distances
- Lane 1: 7.5 laps = 1 mile
- Lane 2: 7.33 laps = 1 mile
- Lane 3: 7.25 laps = 1 mile
- Lane 4: 7 laps = 1 mile
Track Policies
- Follow the posted direction of travel arrows for even and odd calendar days
- Walkers and wheelchairs should use lanes 1 & 2, runners should use lanes 3 & 4
- Look both ways before crossing the track
