Applications for fall and spring semesters are accepted anytime and no fee is charged.
SSP is for you, if you:
- Possess a high school diploma, GED or HSED.
- Know more education is needed to obtain your goals.
- Desire family-supporting career options.
- Face economic barriers and financial instability.
- Want to learn and grow!
More Information:
- Applicants may have prior college credits or an associate's degree, but not a bachelor's degree
- Although SSP was designed for the needs of single parents, we welcome applications from parents and non-parents alike. Applicants may be actively parenting or not.
- Applicants are not asked to provide personal financial information.
- Applicants interested in colleges other than UWL are welcome. Our Locally-Grown Scholarships are open to SSP graduates at UWL and other area colleges.
