Admission and Completion Information for Graduate and Add-on Administrative/Pupil Services Programs

Students seeking admission* to graduate study and to special non-degree graduate programs must apply electronically by completing the appropriate UW System application.  Complete details on admission to graduate studies at UWL are available in the graduate catalog.

All graduate students must satisfy the UWL Graduate Degree completion requirements in order to earn their degree.

*The WI Department of Public Instruction (DPI) requires that candidates for admission to a teacher education, administration, or pupil services program successfully pass a criminal background check (CBC) as one criterion for admission. By applying for admission to one of these programs, candidates agree to provide the necessary personal information to UWL in order to initiate their CBC.  Evidence of a successful CBC as evaluated by the Office of Field Experience must be in place prior to beginning graduate program work.  Candidates are responsible for any costs associated with their criminal background check(s).
