Want to improve your grades? We're here to help!

The Tutoring & Learning Center is a place where all UW-La Crosse students can receive FREE tutoring services. Here is a list of our subjects:

The Tutoring & Learning Center is also home to the Public Speaking Center (for help with speeches!) and the Writing Center (for help with papers!). 

Where are we?

The Tutoring & Learning Center is located on the second floor of the library. Most of our tutoring happens in Room 251. You will find help with Math & Stats and Physics in our Studio, Room 273.

The mission of the Tutoring & Learning Center is to foster an inclusive environment where academic learning flourishes. We're here to help you with your academic skills, as well as your content questions!

The Tutoring & Learning Center is dedicated to developing and maintaining high quality education by:

  • providing tutoring services that address the needs of our diverse student population
  • creating a welcoming, safe environment where all can learn
  • encouraging a variety of learning strategies
  • empowering students to achieve their highest potential both in and outside of the classroom
  • elevating students' confidence
