The Student Union and Whitney Dining Center offer a wide array of dining options for you to choose from! Whether you are looking for a sit-down meal, or something to grab on the go, our various dining venues have you covered!

On The Go Station

Located on the first floor of the Student Union, the On the Go station includes pre-made Sprig & Sprout sandwiches and salads, sushi, snacks, drinks and a gluten-sensitive station. For the full daily menu and hours, please go to Dine on Campus.

Einstein Bros Bagels

Located on the first floor of the Student Union, Einstein Bros Bagels provides our students with freshly baked bagels, breakfast sandwiches, lunch sandwiches, coffee, and smoothies. For the full daily menu and hours, please go to Dine on Campus.

Sono

Located on the first floor of the Student Union, Sono features Mexican inspired favorites including, tacos, burritos, nachos and taco bowls. On the weekends, they feature the famous breakfast burritos all day! For the full daily menu and hours, please go to Dine on Campus.

Grilled It

Located on the first floor of the Student Union, Grilled It serves chicken tenders, grilled chicken sandwiches, French fries, and other delicious fried items. For the full daily menu and hours, please go to Dine on Campus.

Erbert & Gerbert's

Located on the first floor of the Student Union, Erbert & Gerbert's Sandwich Shop serves fresh & delicious subs, wraps, soup, chips, and beverages. For the full daily menu and hours, please go to Dine on Campus.

Stryker's Cafe

Located on the first floor of the Student Union, Breakfast @ Stryker's Café is where you get the highly sought-after breakfast wraps in the morning. They also serve breakfast platters, and blueberry or chocolate chip pancakes. Be sure to stop by Friday mornings for omelets.

For lunch, Stryker's Cafe is home to Sandwich of the Day, where we offer new items each day. See this week’s menu at our Dine on Campus website.  Traditional Homestyle and Vegan Homestyle options are also available each weekday. Swipes can not be used for the lunch period at this location.

Sushi Do

Located on the first floor of the Student Union, Sushi Do features teriyaki bowls, seafood and vegetarian sushi rolls, tempura and dumpling bowls. We also have many Japanese-style drinks. For the full daily menu and hours, please go to Dine on Campus.

The Cellar

Located on the lower level of the Student Union, The Cellar features wood fired pizza, and a classic grill menu with burgers, wings, and French fries. Pasta bowls and vegan burgers are also available!

Whitney Center - Main Dining Room

The Whitney Dining Center is the primary dining facility on campus, serving residential students. This venue offers a variety of meal options. Breakfast features a variety of egg choices, breakfast meat, hot cereal, cereal, pancakes and waffles, bagels and muffins. At lunch and dinner, students can choose from a variety of comfort foods, pasta, pizza, and soups, grill items, and salads. Vegetarian & vegan, entrees and sides are also available. Items such as pastries, cookies and desserts are offered daily at the bakery station. You will also find a variety of cereals, yogurt & mix-ins, ice cream, condiments, and beverages available. A9 Eatery

The A9 Eatery

Located in Whitney Dining Center, The A9 Eatery offers full-service meals specifically for students with food allergies and dietary needs.

Badger Street Station

This is a convenience store located at Whitney Center. Find pre-made sandwiches, bagged breakfasts and lunches, rolls from Sushi-Do, salads, and many snacks and beverages. For the full daily menu and hours, please go to Dine on Campus.

Murphy's Mug

Located in Murphy Library, Murphy's Mug (serving Caribou Coffee) offers a variety of coffees, lattes, cappuccinos and teas. Additionally, this area offers the on the go specialties including Sprig & Sprout pre-made sandwiches and salads, snacks, bakery items, and bottled beverages. Centennial Cup

Located in Centennial Hall near the Hall of Nations, our coffeeshop serves Starbucks Coffee and features a variety of coffees, hot and iced espresso drinks. and other beverages made to order. Jess Harke

Jess Harke

Jess, our Registered Dietitian on campus, is available to give students the tools they need to:

  • Safely manage food allergies on campus
  • Identify better-for-you dining options
  • Develop strategies that promote a balanced lifestyle
  • Properly fuel one's body for optimal athletic performance
  • Accommodate dietary needs related to religious preferences or medical needs
