Summit Fees:

Attendee: August 19 or before	$105
Attendee: August 20 or later	$135
Student (must present ID at check-in)	$65
Seniors (Age 62+)	$65
Military (Active & Veterans)	$65

Registration fees include conference attendance & materials, UW-La Crosse CEUs, refreshments & lunch.

Cancellation policy: Substitutions are welcome. A full refund less $25 processing fee is available up to two weeks prior to event, no refunds thereafter. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to: ex@uwlax.edu.
