Information for Supervisors/Chairs on Recruitment point of contact update/Supervisor Dashboards/e-Performance/and TTC.

Recruitment Point of Contact
Bri Ziolkwoski, our employment specialist in charge of recruitment, had a family/personal matter and is no longer with UWL.  As a result, I will be your point for the next few weeks for anything Recruitment related.  I am pleased to announce that Leah Vogt, our current Lead HRIS Analyst, has accepted a transition to this position in HR.  She brings with her an expansive knowledge of experience in the employment and classification realm and holds an MBA from Viterbo.  She will begin her new role on July 1, 2021.

e-Performance Reminder
As a reminder all Non-Instructional Academic Staff, Limited appointees, and University Staff should receive their annual evaluation no later than June 30, 2021, in the e-Performance module in HRS. Learn more about this process here or contract your Human Resource Partner.

TTC updates
November 7, 2021 is the go live date for TTC.  HR will be communicating shortly the timeline for position review by supervisors, supervisor-employee conversations, and more. Thank you for your patience while we continue to conduct our own quality checks on the mapped titles to confirm consistency with titles at UWL and throughout System.
