Supervisors now have access to their employee or unit's mapped title information. Read this post to learn how to access and when you will be able to provide feedback.
Beginning today, Human Resources has published to supervisors through our new reporting tool, Tableau, your individual employee's new title information.
For the next several weeks, as supervisor, you will be able to engage in an interactive dialogue and provide feedback to your HR Partner on the mapped titles. Employees can expect to receive a preliminary notice of their mapped title by August 30, 2021. The official notification of mapped titles will be sent to employees on November 7, 2021.
Please review the following information and plan for the "Next Steps" meeting with your Human Resource Partner:
- This phase of the TTC Project is to map your employee's titles to the new system. Position changes, working title changes, and classification reviews will be considered after November 7, 2021.
- Please review the titles. You will have an opportunity to provide feedback to your HR Partner at a one-on-one meeting with them.
- Training will be provided to all supervisors on how to communicate these changes to employees prior to the official notification on November 7, 2021.
- Please do not share this information with your employees yet, until you have had a chance to provide initial feedback to Human Resources.
