Pursuant to Chapter UWS 8 of the Wisconsin Administrative Code, all UW System faculty, academic staff, and limited appointees with half-time appointments or more are required to annually report outside activities for which they receive remuneration or have associations related to their areas of professional responsibility.

You are receiving this email because you are required to complete an annual Outside Activity Report (OAR) by April 30, 2022.
Pursuant to Chapter UWS 8 of the Wisconsin Administrative Code, all UW System faculty, academic staff, and limited appointees with half-time appointments or more are required to annually report outside activities for which they receive remuneration or have associations related to their areas of professional responsibility.
If you have no outside activity to report, you must still complete the OAR to acknowledge that you have read the guidelines and certify that you do not have any outside activities to report.
ACTION REQUIRED
- Complete the OAR for the 2021 calendar year which can be accessed from Complete the OAR Form.
- Submit your OAR by April 30, 2022.
Employees who do not complete the OAR by April 30,2022 will be considered non-compliant with this reporting requirement pursuant to Chapter UWS 8 of the Wisconsin Administrative Code. This may result in ineligibility for base, lump sum or pay plan salary adjustments. .
