Introducing e-performance platform.
Beginning in October 2020, UWL Human Resources will begin replacing the paper-based performance evaluation tool for Academic Staff, Instructional Academic Staff, Limited, and University Staff, appointees. The paper-based forms will be transitioned to an e-performance platform located in HRS so that performance documents can be completed and retained digitally. HR will be providing group and in-person training in the coming weeks for supervisors and employees. More coming soon!
REMINDER: FY20 Evaluations are due to Human Resources no later than 9/30/2020 to hrinfo@uwlax.edu.
