The Joint Committee on Employee Relations Approved the University of Wisconsin System Employee Pay Plan on December 21, 2021.
On December 21, 2021, the Joint Committee on Employee Relations approved the University of Wisconsin System's Pay Plan.
Pay Plans are the university system's annual merit increase to the base pay of their employees. Eligible employees can expect the pay increase of 2% to their base full-time wage, (FTB), to become effective on January 2, 2022, with wages reflecting this increase on their January 27, 2022, paycheck.
