‘Diverse Voices of UWL’

Posted 8:34 a.m. Friday, April 15, 2016

Calling on participants for ‘Diverse Voices of UWL’ project.

UWL students, faculty and staff are invited to participate in a project called, “Diverse Voices of UWL.” Inspired by “Humans of New York,” “Diverse Voices of UWL” is an initiative that aims to spark a dialogue surrounding diversity, inclusion and tolerance on UWL campus and within the greater La Crosse community. If interested in participating, return a signed and dated copy of the IRB (Institutional Research Board) consent form to 403 Wimberly Hall. Reflect and respond to the Questionnaire by Sunday, April 17. If selected, arrangements will be made to have a portrait taken. Participants' written testimonies and portraits will be showcased on a website “Diverse Voices of UWL,” which will be open to the public. For questions, contact UWL alumna Radhika Agawal at ragarwal19@gmail.com or UWL History professor Gita V. Pai at gpai@uwlax.edu, co-principal investigators.
