Deadlines Approaching
Study Abroad Students:
If you're planning to study abroad or away for Summer '25, Fall '25, or the Academic Year 2025/26, please note the following application deadlines:
- Saturday, February 15: National Student Exchange (NSE) priority deadline
- Saturday, March 1: All exchange, direct enroll, and provider study abroad programs
- Tuesday, April 1: SAIIE
Make sure you have completed your one-on-one mandatory meeting with your International Programs Manager before you submit your application. You can schedule an appointment here. Make sure you put in the notes what program and semester you are applying for.

Faculty-Led Proposals:
Faculty-led program proposals are due March 1 (NEW program proposals) and April 1 (reoccurring programs). For more information on program proposals and required forms, please visit the IEE website.
All faculty interested in developing a faculty-led program should consult with IEE to discuss their goals and questions. IEE can assist faculty with program ideas, location considerations, and various models and levels of support needed to meet their program's needs. Program planning typically occurs 12-18 months before departure.
