UWL Human Resources has updated the Payroll Calendars for 2021 through Spring 2022.
UWL Human Resources has updated the Payroll Calendars for 2021 through Spring 2022. Please note that the Monthly Payroll Calendar ends after July 2021 due to the Single Pay Project as all employees will now be on a Bi-Weekly pay schedule. After July you will only need to utilize the Bi-Weekly calendar.
We hope you enjoy the additional information provided on the new Bi-Weekly calendar. You will find Column F “Overload/Summer Pay/Lump Sum Pay Date” which notes the pay dates available for these payment types. I have attached a copy of the new pay schedule for Overloads communication that was sent on 5/11/2021. Additionally we have added Column G “Approved TERMS to submit forms for”. Approved TERMS to submit forms for indicates when HR is open to accepting forms per term. Terms not listed in a given pay period will be sent back to the requester and need to be resubmitted in the correct pay period as designated on the calendar. For Example, during the July 2021 7A pay period HR is only accepting forms for Summer & Fall. This means that forms for Spring 2022 are not accepted at that time.
