Required compliance training programs.
As a reminder, UW Shared Services began processing the annual compliance training for employees on September 21, 2020. On that date, employees who will be required to take required compliance training will begin to receive emails from UW Shared Services, (rather than UWL).
This training will be administered based on the date of the employee's last completed training. For example, if you completed the Data and Information Security training last year in November, you will not receive an email until November 2020 to undergo the training.
As a result of this transition, some employees may have due dates for required training activity after the Pay Plan eligibility date. In these cases, employees will be granted an exception and found to be meritorious for the 1/1/2021 Pay Plan.
