Chronic disease, increased production of stress hormones, higher blood pressure, heart rate, cholesterol levels, alterations in the immune system, and blood-clotting mechanisms are all situations, often caused by negativity, that cause the body to break down. What if there were simple manageable strategies that could flip the switch from negativity to positivity? This session will teach you about the art and science of Law of Attraction, and how to apply it to your health and life for optimal success. Carol Ebert, a Certified Wellness Practitioner and a Certified Wellness Coach and Trainer, will lead “Attracting positivity into the workplace” from 2-3 p.m. Tuesday, March 3, in Graff Main Hall Auditorium. The presentation is free and open to all UW-L employees. After the presentation, you will be able to:
  • Demonstrate how to change negativity into a positive experience.
  • Create a personal desire statement and decide how to manifest it.
  • Create a plan to allow positive experiences into your work and your life.
The presentation is sponsored by LIVEMAROON through an Academic Staff Professional Development Grant. Revive your campus spirit and LIVEMAROON!
