Important Information about Your Insurance Benefits for 2025
The annual open enrollment period, which begins on September 30 and ends on October 25, 2024, is right around the corner.
This is your chance to:
- Enroll or make changes to your health insurance
- Add or decline Uniform Dental
- Enroll in or make changes to supplemental coverage such as dental or vision insurance, or the Accident Plan (apply with applicable vendor, not ETF)
- Enroll in a pre-tax savings account to save money on health care or dependent day care expenses
Changes you make during open enrollment become effective January 1, 2025.

- Attend the onsite Benefit Fair on 10/2/2024 and connect with our benefit vendors and community partners! More detailed information coming soon!
- Consider signing up for a Flu Vaccine at the Onsite Clinic (held in conjunction with the Benefit Fair), details and sign up can be found here webmdhealth.com/wellwisconsin
- Onsite Biometric Screenings available (held in conjunction with the Benefit Fair), register at webmdhealth.com/wellwisconsin by clicking Get Started on the Biometric Screening card.
- Visit https://www.wisconsin.edu/abe/ for information about your 2025 benefits.
- Attend a benefit vendor forum. ETF will host a number of forums during the open enrollment period for you to learn about the 2025 plan year. You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions directly to health plans and vendors. Visit wi.gov/insurance to register.
The deadline to submit your electronic Open Enrollment elections is 4:30 p.m. on October 25, 2024.
