Thousands of students, faculty, staff and community users benefit from donor funded projects and programs each year. There are multiple ways you can support the library’s collections, spaces, services, and programs. Choose from the Murphy Library Endowment Fund or the Florence Wing Fund.

The endowment fund is a pledge of excellence. The fund supports teaching and research mission of the university and helps the library continue to be an important educational and business resource in the community. Murphy Library's endowment supports five major categories when determining the distribution of funds:
| The Florence Wing Fund is named after Florence Sherwood Wing, the first librarian on campus at the La Crosse State Normal School in 1909. This fund provides a less-restricted system for awarding and distributing support for programs, services, and activities such as:
