This email serves as the UW System’s annual reminder for employees to review Regent Policy Document 13-4 regarding Institutional and Employee Relationships with Educational Loan Lenders. This policy applies to employees involved in student lending or who interact with educational loan lenders and is supplemental to applicable federal and state laws and regulations.
Please read the policy to understand the obligations of UW System institutions and employees.
