Two open forums will allow UW-L students, faculty and staff a chance to meet Cross.

UW System President Ray Cross will visit UW-La Crosse Friday, Sept. 5. Two open forums will allow students, faculty and staff a chance to meet Cross, who became UW System president in February 2014.
The faculty and staff open forum will be from 11-11:50 a.m. Friday, Sept. 5, in the Strelczyk Great Hall, Cleary Alumni & Friends Center. The student open forum will be from 2-3 p.m. in the Ward Room, Cartwright Center.
In addition to the open forums, Cross will attend the Chancellor’s Community Council meeting, take a tour of campus and meet with faculty and staff governance groups as well as student leadership.
Prior to becoming UW System president, Cross was the chancellor of UW Colleges and UW-Extension. Since he was appointed UW System president, he has been making the rounds to visit all the UW System campuses as his schedule permits.
