- Join Well Wisconsin for a webinar, presented by Dean Health Plan on advance careplanning. Discover why it’s important and understand steps to complete your advancedirectives. Explore resources to assist you in completing an advance care plan and gaintips for starting this important conversation with others.

- Annual Benefits & Wellness Fair
- Representatives from the La Crosse Health Science Consortium will be onsite to provide information on the Advanced Care Planning process.

- Well Wisconsin allows you and your spouse (if enrolled in the State Group Health Insurance Program) to each earn an annual $150 incentive. To earn this incentive, you and your spouse must each complete a health assessment, health check activity, and one well-being activity.
- If you've already completed your ACP, that can qualify as a "well-being activity"!
