Nine cadets will be commissioned as second lieutenants during a weekend ceremony at UW-La Crosse.
The UWL Army ROTC will hold a commissioning ceremony at 6 p.m. Saturday, May 14, in the Hesprich Auditorium, Graff Main Hall. Following their commissioning, four cadets will serve in the active Army, four will serve in the National Guard and one will serve in the Army Reserve.
The ceremony is open to the public. Along with UWL students, the UWL ROTC program includes cadets from St. Mary’s University, Viterbo University and Winona State University.
