Workplace Bullying Policy Training
The Universities of Wisconsin is committed to fostering a welcoming and inclusive workplace that aligns with our institutional values to be fair and respectful to others.
The Workplace Bullying Policy Training is a professional development course that is aimed to provide employees the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the Workplace Bullying Policy (UW System Administrative Policy 1294Links to an external site.), define and identify workplace bullying behavior, outline options for addressing workplace bullying incidents and provides further clarification on employee workplace conduct expectations.
This course is optional, but encouraged to help create a workplace that is safe and welcoming for all employees, is self-paced, and will take about 15 minutes to complete.
